You pay a $495 Flat Listing Fee due at time of listing which is NON-REFUNDABLE and Buyer's Agent commission of 3% at the close of the sale if sold by an agent. Sell the property yourself and pay 0% commission.

Includes the following: Listing in the Multiple Listing Service until sold including up to 40 photos. Sign professionally installed (some areas posting not available) Flyer box installed on sign. Color Flyer emailed to seller in .pdf format to print as needed. Lockbox for Real Estate Agent access. Listing on your local Realtors web site and many local company websites including ReMax.com, ColdwellBanker.com, Century21.com, Realtor.com etc.

Listing with Seller's contact info. & website address if applicable. Set all Realtor Appointments, Feedback service for Realtor Showings, 2 directional arrows. All required state and federal Seller's disclosures provided. Broker support available for assistance with offers from Agents. Ongoing transaction support until closing including all necessary addendums, dislcosure statements, verifcation of earnest money and escrow setup, title order and communications with the Buyer's Agent and lender. Blank purchase and sale forms to be used if Seller finds a Buyer not represented by a Buyer’s Agent.

If Seller sells the property to their own buyer not represented by an agent, Our affiliate Realtors will not assist in that transaction unless Seller chooses our Transaction Facilitation Service of 1% of the purchase price in addition to the $495 listing fee.
